      The program can be done in your own time at a place that is convenient to you. Each week we’ll send you a 20 minute mentoring podcast, approximately 20 minutes long, downloadable printouts for the week, a second podcast of inspirational thoughts set to music, approximately 5 minutes long, plus, every day during the 12 weeks you will also receive an e-mail from Maureen with a quote of the day along with her personal interpretation.

      Q. How does the program work?
      A.    At the start of each week you will receive one main e-mail from Maureen which will include:
             -  an outline of the topic and steps for the week
             -  the mentoring podcast, approximately 20 minutes long
             -  downloadable printouts for the week
             -  a second podcast of inspirational thoughts set to music, approximately 5 minutes long

      Every day during the 12 weeks you will also receive an e-mail from Maureen with a quote of the day along with her personal interpretation.

      During this 12 week program you will create you Victory Blueprint. You will do this by printing out the weekly downloadable printouts, completing them and inserting them into a plastic sleeves folder.
